Marriage Licenses:
Hawaii is a beautiful place and a marriage here is an ideal way for a couple to start life together. For any person to lawfully marry in the State of Hawaii, a license for that purpose must be obtained from an authorized agent (HRS §572-1.7). Once the license has been issued, there is no waiting period before the marriage can take place. More...

Air, Hotel and Car Information:
If you like, we can make arrangements for you lodging while you are on the Big Island. Just fill out the Travel Form and based on the information you send us, we will select a place for you to stay. We will review our selection with you and upon your approval, we will make the reservations. Or to make your own arrangements, click here.

Payment Requirements:
We require a deposit to book your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the ceremony. Most payments are made over the phone by credit card. A personal check may also be mailed to the office.

Schedule early and make payments if necessary. Anytime you want to make a payment just pick up the phone and let us know. We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards with credit card emblems.

Things To Do:
Biggest, youngest, southernmost, the Big Island claims one of the highest mountains on Earth and one of the most active volcanoes in the world.
